- Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Door-to-Door Connection Agent to join our team. Do you have a passion for the community and looking to make a difference? As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our internet services directly to residents of small rural towns. Your role will involve traveling to various communities, engaging with potential customers, and effectively communicating the benefits of our internet service.
- Key Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door visits in assigned small rural towns to promote and sell our internet services.
- Engage with residents in a friendly and professional manner, building rapport and addressing their questions and concerns.
- Provide detailed information about our internet plans, pricing, and benefits, tailoring your pitch to meet the specific needs of each household.
- Perform live demonstrations of our internet service using provided technology and tools.
- Collaborate with local community leaders, influencers, and businesses to generate interest and enhance outreach efforts.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and leads using designated CRM tools.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive offerings, and our company's products to effectively address customer inquiries.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the growth of our customer base.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams based on customer insights and market trends.
- Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in door-to-door sales, preferably in rural or community-based environments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to close sales and handle objections effectively.
- Ability to travel extensively to small rural towns within the assigned region.
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule.
- Basic proficiency in technology, including smartphones and tablets, for conducting live demonstrations.
- Resilience, determination, and a positive attitude, even when faced with rejection.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
