  • Service will not activate until payment is successfully submitted

  2. Minimum Age & Ownership: You confirm you:
    • Are at least the legal age to enter into contracts in your state
    • Own or are legally authorized to install equipment at the service address
  3. Service Plan and Equipment: Service is month-to-month and automatically renews unless cancelled.
  4. Refund & Cancellation Policy: You may cancel within 30 days of activation for a full refund.
  5. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will be resolved via individual arbitration.
  6. Emergency Services: local2u's broadband does not provide native 9-1-1 calling.
  7. Misuse & Acceptable Use: You agree not to misuse the service.
  8. Privacy & Communications: Your use of service is governed by the Privacy Policy.
  9. Fees and Taxes: You are responsible for all applicable taxes, surcharges, and recovery fees.
  10. Service Suspension and Termination: local2u may suspend or terminate service for nonpayment.
  11. Limitation of Liability: local2u is not liable for service interruptions.
